GENERAL POLICIES 

All participants must wear an approved safety helmet.

All drivers must present a valid driver's licence on the day of the tour.

Passengers must be at least 12 years old. 

All  Xtreme ATV Adventure tours are led by experienced guides who have taken the ATV instructors course offered by the Canada Safety Council. They will provide a vehicle orientation and safety instruction session prior to your tour. Trails are chosen based on environmental conditions and rider experience. Our goal is to ensure that all participants have a safe and enjoyable tour.

Prior to each tour participants must read and sign a waiver, assumption of risk and indemnifying release. It states that participants accept responsibility for the risks associated with this activity and that they agree to take responsibility for vehicle repairs, should a collision occur.

PAYMENT POLICIES 

Once you are ready to book we will confirm your tour and send the necessary forms for you to complete and return to us.

A 10% tour deposit is required when booking a tour that is scheduled more than a month in advance.

The balance must be paid in full, 30 days prior to the date of your tour.

When bookings are made less than 1 month in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.

We accept cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express as payment for tours.

We also accept company cheques when payment is mailed to us, 2 weeks prior to your tour date. 

A pre-authorized machine security deposit on a major credit card, is required to make a booking.   

An imprint of each driver's credit card will be taken on the day of the tour to verify each clients previous payment and security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

We reserve the right to choose the trail system that the group will use or to  reschedule any trip, due to trail closures, extreme weather conditions, mechanical break down, staff emergency etc.

Guests are expected to follow our guides rules and instructions and to conduct themselves, in a responsible manner. Operating our ATVs while under the influence of any substance is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse any guest from participating in a tour and/or to cancel any trip. 

Clients who wish to reschedule or cancel their tour, must provide 48 hours notice.

There is a 20% charge for cancelled bookings.  

Please note that late requests to reschedule or cancel a booking are 100% non-refundable.
